    Supply Of Spares For Esp Ii Spares For Electro Static Prcipitator , Mechanical Spares Forelectrode Forelectro Static Precipitator , Discharge Electrode , Guide Plate For Collecting Electrode , Ms Plate 3.15Mm Thickness X 150Mm Widthx13mtr Length , Ms Flat 30Mmx5mm Thicknessx18mtr Length , Fastener For Collecting And Discharging Electrode , Electrical Spares Forelectrode Forelectro Static Precipitator , Ador Powertron Make Latest & Advance Version Of Micro Processor Based Precicon-R Controller & Necessary Retrofitting Conversion Kit For Changing The Existing Old Controller. 110 Kv, 700Ma. For Retrofit / Upgradation Of The Old & Existing Control System The Following Necessary Items Will Be Supplier Scope. All Following Item Will Come Under One Complete Conversion Kit 1. New Microprocessor Based Controller Called “Precicon-R” With Inbuilt Firing Card & Smps With Necessary Mounting Arrangement. ( Complete One Set ) 2. Separate Display For Each Pass. 3. Current Transformer 4. Potential Transformer 5. New Feed Back Card 6. New Relay 7. New Control Transformer 8. Miniature Auxiliary Contactor 9. In The Panel All The Old Wiring And Unwanted Components Shall Be Removed & Replaced By New Components And Rest Of The Switch Gear Items Will Remain Same. 10. New Wiring Will Be Done In The Panel. 11.Some Other Components Like Relays And Control Transformers Are Added As Per The Requirement Of The New Controller 12. Elmex Terminals Shall Be Used. 13 .Pvc Flexible Wires Shall Be Used Inside The Control Panel With Separate Ferrule And Lugs. Retrofitting Work Will Be Carried Out By Supplier At Our Mill Site. Please Note Following Items / Components Will Be Retained In The Existing Panel By The Supplier. • Scr Assembly • Switch Fuse Unit / Mccb • Over Load Relay • Meters , Transport Charges
