2Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 540 TR Water-cooled oil less centrifugal chiller Units,  complete with one horizontal two stage oil free centrifugal magnetic bearing compressor, Falling Film / flooded type Evaporator,water cooled condenser, Control panel etc. The chiller shall be charged with R134a Refrigerant. The drive motor suitable for 415V +/-5%, 3 phase, 50 cycles/sec . The chiller should be insulated as per manufacturers standard. The chiller shall have unit mounted microprocessor based Variable frequency starter. Micro-processor based controls with alpha-numeric display in English for all operating parameters such as chilled water inlet, chilled water outlet, operating pressures etc. Flange connection shall be part of the Chiller Package.Compressor shall be able to unload up to 25 % of the total load. Chiller should be inline with the Technical specification. Chilled water leaving temperature :7 Deg C Chilled water entering temperature :12 Deg C Fouling Factor Evaporator : 0.0001 FPS Condenser water leaving temperature :37 Deg C Condenser water entering temperature :32 Deg C Fouling Factor Condenser : 0.00025 FPS Power consumption of proposed model chiller should not exceed 0.57 KW/TR at above mentioned conditions. Efficiency at AHRI condition should be alteast 6.56 and IPLV (integrated part load value) should be atleast 0.31 kW/TR Chiller should have Modbus protocol to support various communication protocol. Chiller OEM should be of the OEM for Compressor used in chiller. VSD should be refrigerant cooled , factory fitted unit mounted & shall be dispatched from Chiller OEM as a integral part of the chiller. AHRI certified Selection sheet at design condition shall be submitted along with the bid for evaluation and same shall be send it to AHRI for varification by client.

23AIR HANDLING UNIT: Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of factory built Air handling units in Double skin type (Casing shall be of Non-Skeleton construction)with 40 mm thick panels with/without thermal break construction consisting of G.I casing of thickness 0.6 mm outside layer and 0.6 mm inside layer with 275 GSM zinc coating and polyurethene foam (PUF) insulation having density of 40 kg/m3,complete with Forward/Backward curved Plug type direct driven fan suitable for static pressure as detailed below, chilled water cooling coil with aluminium finned copper tubes.
