Opening of Manholes, replacing 6mm PP Rope, Pulling of 24 F O.F. Cable, Sealing of HDPE Pipes by Rubber Bushes in Manholes, providing HDPE/RCC Split Pipes in manholes/Back filing of Manholes.

Digging of pit (1.5m x 1.5x 165) for jointing chamber supply & Fixing of Pre-cast RCC chamber ( Ring with 60 cm heightx 100cm outer dia,5cm wall Thickness with bottom and top Cover), filling of RCC chamber with clean sand, placing of pre-caste RCC slabs on RCC joint chamber, and backfilling of jointing pit. (All material required for precast RCC Chamber and sand shall be arrange by the Contractor). Generally the top level of the chamber may be maintained 0.5m below the ground level. ( Sample piece quality to be checked and ensured in all the items to be supplied by Vendor / Contractor)

Digging of pit 1 meter towards jungle side on each manhole/joint chamber for fixing of route/joint indicator, fixing and concreting of routes/joint indicator. Painting and sign writing of route/joint indicators.

Supply RCC Route/ Joint Indicator with 125CM Height and construction as per specification.

Splicing / Termination of 24 F Optical Fibre Cable

GPS mapping with longitude / latitude (with +/- 0.5m accuracy ) at every 10 meter of trench / turning/Road/Railways/Water pipeline / Gas Pipeline / Canal crossing, HDD entry/exit/coupler points, ERM, RCC ROUTE indicator / Man Holes, Major Landmark etc, Documentation ( 6 Copies of documents for each route / section=one set ** HARD PRINTED COPY AS WELL ASSOFT COPY )
