The Manufacturer Shall Posses Bis Certification Licence / Certificate For The Transformer. Where Star Rated Transformers Are Available In The Market For The Capacity Proposed, Minimum 3 Star Rating Shall Be Supplied. Makes:Abb, Kirloskar, Mahendra Or Similar Having Valid Bis Certificate.
