| 8 | Carting of all parts of gear box from workshop to site including loading, unloading and shifting upto gear box body, assembling of complete gear box, lifting, shifting upto gear box foundation supply and filling of suitable gear oil, installation with proper alignment including all necessary items and testing on load. |
| 9 | Supply and fitting of double row spherical roller bearing No. 24144 for Screw Pump No. 3Dismantling of main drive shaft with coupling upper roller bearing from screw pump body. Making proper special hanging arrangement for screw to avoid displacement providing and setting of wooden taper wedges as stopper. |
| 10 | Loading, carting and unloading of above dismantled drive shaft with coupling and upper roller bearing from Konia MPS to workshop. |
| 11 | Dismantling the coupling and damaged double row spherical roller bearing from main shaft with the help of hydraulic press and special arrangement as required. |
| 12 | Welding, turnning, polishing to the size of cupling & pressing of main shaft in screw side coupling which was moved up from its original position with the help of required pressing arrangement and making locking arrangement to prevent slipping. |
| 13 | (i) Adding material and machining of main drive shaft of size 240mm dia. at oil sealand bearing portion. (ii) Adding material and machining of main drive shaft of size 240mm dia. at rubber ring portion. |
| 14 | (i) S/F of oil seal size 240x280x15mm- 3 Nos. on main drive shaft at oil seal portion.(ii) S.F of rubber ring size 220x300x25mm on main drive shaft. |
| 15 | Supply & fitting of double row spherical roller bearing No. 24144 CCW-33 of SKF/FAG make, by special arrangement on main shaft. |
| 16 | Fitting of coupling of main drive shaft by hydraulic press and special required arrangement. |
| 17 | Loading, carting and unloading of shaft including all fitted and dismantled parts from workshop to Konia MPS. |
| 18 | Fitting of main drive shaft assembled with coupling and bearing with screw pump flange and covering the bearing properly with bearing housing( Grease will be provided by department) |
| 19 | Dismantling the hanging arrangement and all T&P used in above works. |
