1Dismantling the defective / burnt alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to local workshop, opening and taking outburnt alternator stator winding, cleaning and then rewinding the sattor assembly complete with super enameled copper wire as per existing original gauge of manufacturer and applying insulting varnishing of F class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site to its original position for re-installing the same in position, carrying out ligament of complete Dg set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete.
2Note :- (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces, (b) The DG set shall be tested on available connected load for 4 hours at site up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge to achieve designed parameters and DHPP (N) shall be issued by department free for testing.
3Service Charges for carrying out the "B" Check maint from authorised rep or service engineer of the manufacturer of DG set of Engine Crompton Greaves/Kirloskar-KOEL/ Cummins of following capacity engines including checking of air filter, checking of vibration damper, checking turbo charger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of fuel andoil filters, checking inlet & exhaust mainifold cap screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, topping up the level of existing engine oil or replacement of engine oil if required, coolant top up all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Engine oil & Coolant top will be measured and paid separately for the Engine as supply only items. (b) "B" checks shall be carried out on running of 500 Hrs or 6 months whichever is earlier. (c) If air filter found unserviceable, shall be measured and paid separately.

11Supply only Engine Oil for DG set of any capacity complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Supply Only coolant for different capacity of DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Supply only distilled water with suitable mix of electrolyte in the batteries at various location of different capacity ofDG set batteries.
14S & F in repairs air filter both inner and outer for 100 - 125- 320 KVA Capacity DG set (Make of DG set - Crompton Greaves / Kirloskar-KOEl / Cummins) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15S & F in repairs air filter both inner and outer for 20-25-82.50KVA Capacity DG set (Make of DG set - Crompton Greaves / Kirloskar-KOEl / Cummins) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Repair & overhauling of FIP of 20 to 320 KVA Capacity DG Set by taking out carefully and refixing after calibration at authorized service centre/dealer including replacement of unserviceable worn out parts. Note:- Unserviceable major parts required for replacement shall be measured & paid separately.

22Supply and fixing in repairs rectifiers diode for 20 to 320 KVA DG sets suitable for DG sets Make of Crompton Greaves/ Kirloskar-KOEL / Cummins
23Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set rubber hose pipe upto 2" dia and replacing the same with the existing size and equal length of any DG Set including both side hose clamp etc all as specified and directed.
24S & Fix solenoid switch 3 phase 415 Volt (20 to 320 KVA) complete set as per existing size and make of any Capacity DG set all ass directed.
25Repair & overhauling of governor assembly of any capacity/Make DG set by replacing all worn out springs, nuts bolts gear, sleeves, rotary balls etc and then proper calibration for proper functioning from authorised service centre /dealer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26S & F AVR suitable for any capacity DG set as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Supply & fixing copper cable Multistranded suitable for 12/24 volts battery terminals, replacing the same with of existing size and equal length complete fixing with brass clamp at both ends including taking down of old one from the existing battery.
28Repair to self starter 12 Volts by taking out old burnt out copper winding and rewinding with super enammelled copper wire same gauge including replacement of U/s pinion, bush, solenoid coil, carbon brushes 7 tension spring complete in commisioning and testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge.
29All as per item No. 16.00 here in before but of 24 volts all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
30Servicing of self starter of any capacity and voltage including dismantling the starter from engine opening by removing end covers, armature, field coil, gear arrangement etc, replacing worn out nut bolt, gear wheel, checking and greasing all moving parts, reassembling complete and fixing back to its original position at site and testing complete
31S & F dynamo of 12 Volts for charging of battery as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32S & F dynamo of 24 Volts for charging of battery as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
33Removing dynamo 12/24 Volts from DG set and transporting to local workshop, opening dynamo, assembly, rewinding the burnt armature coil with super enamelledcopper wire of same gauge, reassembling and transporting back to site fixing and testing all as directed.
34Supply and fixing asbestos rope of 16/20 mm dia for silencer and with applying plaster of paris for any capacity DG Set as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35S & F in repair fan belt suitable for 20 to 100 KVA DG Set as per existing model and size including dismantling the old one.
36S & F in repair fan belt suitable for 125 to 320 KVA DG Set as per existing model and size including dismantling the old one.
37S & F in repairs panel mounting battery charger connected to panel of DG set with input voltage of 230 Volt and out put voltage 12 V DC having Charging Voltage 13.5 Volt and option like boost /tickle/float and fuse protection including necessary wiring required for connection all as specified 7 directed.
38M & L connecting and commisioning lead acid battery 12 Volt 150 AH.
39M & L connecting and commisioning lead acid battery 12 Volt 180 AH
40Supply & fixing in repairs battery terminals brass type suitable for any capacity battery all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
41Dismantling the old unserviceable DG set diesel /oil pressure pipe of existing size and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length of any capacity DG set including both side hose clamp etc as directed.
42Cleaning of fuel tank of DG set of capacities 20 to 320 KVA any size capacity including draining out existing fuel, removing any foreign particles or sediments including checking of leak proof if found rectifying the same by necessary welding fabricating with sheet metal, matching with existing tank outer body, preparation of surface for painting with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and refilling the same as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
43S & F in repair/replacement of harness wiring control wiring for 20 to 320 KVA DG set capacity for engine replacement of accessories of panel, relays, meter, toggle switch etc all as specified and directed.

51M&L forearthing with steelearth plate electrode ofsize 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetable soil to the remaining 10%, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

53S & F in repair of Integral LED street light luminaire 90 W Epoxypowder coated CRCA sheet steel housing with aluminium reflector, clear toughened glass cover and accessoriescomplete making connections with street light terminal box with and including PVC insulated & sheathed single core cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 run for phase, earth, neutral complete all as spd and directed.
54S & F in repairs on load change over switch 400 Amps 4 pole in without enclosureincluding necessary fixing arrangement in any description all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge.
55S & F in repairs on load change over swtich 200 Amps 4 pole in without enclosureincluding necessary fixing arrangement in any description all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge.
56Checking DG set of Capacity 20 To 320 KVA for any type of defects occurred in AMF panel / Control panel / Starter / Engine / Alternator etc installed at various locations at SMA Varunapuri, DCRA, NOFRA Pump House, NUWR and carry out necessary repairs in order to keep DG setserviceable at all time. Note:- (a) Minor items like worn out nut & bolts, Cable lugs etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (b) Material required will be measured and paid under relevant items if required. (c) Equipments / testing meters required for detecting faults shall be provided by the contractor.
57S & F in repairs power contactor 4 pole 415 V, AC 1 Current rating of 32 Amps suitable for AMF panel complete all as specified and as directed.
58S & F in repairs power contactor 4 pole 415 V, AC 1 Current rating of 130 Amps suitable for AMF panel complete all as specified and as directed.
59S& F DG Set outer enclosure complete and then supply and fix new enclosure for 320 KVA DG Setconfirming to CPCB Norms, noise should not more than 75 DBA @ 1 Mtr, duly fixed with necessary bolting welding fabrication on the existing base frame structure of DG mounting platform including making good the rusted part of base frame/replacing angle iron structures if required as per site condition all as directed & specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
60M & L replacement of silencer in repair of 82.5 KVA DG Set canopy type at NUWR & BMF pump house.
61M & L for replacement repair of malfunctional deep sea or digital type displaymounted on DG mini panel suitable for DG set showing the multiple digital parameters such as hour run, AMP, Voltage, Oil Level, Coolant level, temperature etc as per Kirloskar KOEL Norms with requisite basic computerised initial inputs programmed to run the DG set on Auto/Manual method all as directed & specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
62M & L replacement of fuel caps with proper lock and key for various DG capacities as per site make & samples all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
63Supply of Fuel pump hand operated with rotary type casing pump with suitable PVC hose as required .
64Supply of metallic empty barrel (Diesel drum) 210 Ltrs Capacity for DG installations as per sample.
65Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying under ground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified
66Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.
67Removal of surplus soil excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.
68Supply & Laying PCC cable cover LV type 1 250x150x40 MM size for cable protection flat type ISI marked all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
69Sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying & 15 cm after laying.
70M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm3.5 core.
71Supply and fixingof moulded case circuit breaker part No:- NSX250F, COMPACT NSX TYPE 3 PHASE 250 AMP, 690 VoltAIC rating – 36 KA @ 415 Vcomplete all as specified.

83M & L installing, testing and commissioning of main panel of 15 Zones for fire alarm system with suitable sounder cards and fault isolators mounted at security room having facilities of fire indications. The panel wall mounted cabinet shall be made out of 16 SWG CRCA sheets as per IS: 2189. The main Control panel should have provision of battery and have the arrangement for audio/Visual indications by duel lamps for fire & faultsin each zone. The panels shall be finished in stove enamel paint of approved make, including sealed Nickel- Cadmium maintenance free battery housed in a plastic box with supporting stand & booster /trickle charger, Dc Voltmeter, short circuit ire alarm, push button for lamp test, fire alarm circuits healthy check etc all complete as specified.
84M & L for drawing of 2.5 sq mm single core stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cable conforming to IS: 694 (Part I) including providing and laying rigid steel conduit in recess /surface including terminations and connections etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
85M & L for installation, testing and commissioning of conventional type optical smoke detector with mounting base suitable for wall / ceilling mounted, including allconnections etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
