    Repair Of Rotor Repair Of Rotor , Supply: All The Consumables And Hardware’S ( Including, But Not Limited To, Nut Bolts, Marriage Bolts, Tie Rods, Spacer, Rotor Hardwares Etc. ) Required For Rotor Refurbishment Shall Be In Party’S Scope. , Supply: Supply Of Journal Bearing:The Journal Bearings With Standard Size Shall Be Supplied, If No Machining On Journal Portion Is Required. If Journal Portions Are Required To Be Machined, The New Set Of Journal Bearings Shall Be Supplied To Suit The Clearances As Per New Journal Sizes.The Bearing Sizes Shall Be As Per Ge Standard. , Supply:Supply Of Complete Thrust Bearing ( Including Of Active And Non Active Thrust Pads ) :The Thrust Bearings With Standard Size Shall Be Supplied, If No Machining On Thrust Runner Portion Is Required. If Thrust Runner Portion Is Required To Be Machined, The New Set Of Thrust Bearing Shall Be Supplied To Suit The Clearances As Per New Thrust Runner Sizes. The Bearing Sizes Shall Be As Per Ge Standard. , Optional Supply:Set Of New Compressor Blades & Spacers For All The Stages Along With Required Consumables And Hardware Accessories. The Moc Of The New Blades Will Be Gtd-450 Or Equivalent For Stages 0-7 And Aisi 403Cb For Stages 8-16. Set Of New Compressor Blades & Spacers For All The Stages Along With Required Consumables And Hardware Accessories Replacement Shall Be Considered Only Based On Incoming Inspection At Partys Workshop. Payment Of All Stages Of Compressor Blades Shall Only Be Done, If All The 17 Stages Of Compressor Blades Are Replaced. , Repair Portion: Refurbishment Of Frame 5 Gas Turbine Rotor ( Excluding Journal Machining And Thrust Collar Machining ) , Optional Service Scope ( As Applicable ) : Optional Price For Journal Area Machining ( Per Bearing ) , Optional Service Scope ( As Applicable ) Optional Price For Thrust Collar Machining
