Hire and labour charges for putting up temporary shed upto a span of 8 metres using with 50mm dia GI Pipe post in three rows of 2.5 mtr spacing three mtr height in sides and 5 mtr height in centre including 50 cm below ground level and rafters , ridge and wall plate using 40mm dia GI pipe and providing purlin by using 32 mm dia GI pipe 1.2 mtr spacing at both sides and the above are fixed by using clamps or nut bolts and GI tying wire etc roofing with 03.mm GI corrugated sheet including overlaps and finishing etc. The above are dismantling and removing and which cleared after the period including or labourcharges etc complete for 70 days

Hire and labour charges forscreening the side of sheds with 0.3mm GI corrugated sheet over 32mm dia GI pipe horizontal runners 3 rows and vertical spacing 1.25 C/C each having 3mtr height including 50 cm below ground level.The vertical and horizontal pieces are fixed with the shed structure with nut and bolts, tying wire, and side screeening fixed byusing J bolt to the exciting runners including all labour charges for fixing etc. The above are dismantling and removing and the area cleared after the period etc completefor 70 days.

Hire and labour charges for providing sleeping berth by using 12mm thick commercial plywood in 6 feet width of fixing over a strong base of MS square tube frame . The above are dismantling and removing and the area cleared after the period including all labour charge period of 70 days.

Appendix-II- Temporary roof to queue arrangements between Marakkoottam, U-turn and north nada of lower ThirumuttomHire and labour up to a period of 66 days for putting up pandal using shade net up to 5 m wide with casurina poles of girth 24 to 40 cm at 2 m c/c 3 m long ties the posts firmly to the existing channels with No.14 GI wire,digging pits etc;24 to 40 cm casurina poles for longitudinal runners and cross ties ;tying members firmly with coir yarn and putting up shades not over the frame work including dismantling and removing all the material after festival
