Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand on new wall surface.

Providing and laying cement based white putty of average thickness 0.60mm of approved brand and manufacture over the old painted wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying white cement based white putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brandon new plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound distemper two coats of approved brand on old surface give an even shade including all material, labour t&p etc. complete.

Painting two coats with superior synthetic enamel paint in old surface including supply of labour material t&p etc. complete.

Labour charges for mirror polishing on kota stone wherever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

S/f fly proof s.s wire gauge with 0.5mm dia wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with expanded metal wire mesh with matching wood beading.

P/f factory made 6mm thick single extruded WPC solid plain white color board for bathroom/kitchen cabinets etc required size complete as direction by Engineer incharge.

Providing carpenter with helper for repairing of old door/window/furniture.

Providing labour for cleaning of site and collecting malwa.
