1Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for ltaking out old cable/laying of under ground cable/foundation of poles/stays including segregation of old serviceable bricks complete all as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
2All as per item No.1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.00 metre.
3Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting pointcompleteall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Supply and Laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV Type 1, flat size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm thick.
6M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks.
7Supplying, filling in trenches spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable for under ground cable complete all as specified & directed.
8Supply and lay in trenches in road cross / floor/wall etc. tube galvanised iron light grade with all fittings for protection of cable of 100 mm bore including taking out unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
9Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm including taking out existing cable of any size.
10Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core 185 Sq mm including taking out existing cable of any size.
11Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core 120Sq mm including taking out existing cable of any size.
12Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed)grade cable for outdoor termination coldshrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm
13Disconnecting the HT & LT connections of existingtransformer mounted on fourpole structure carefully and transporting the transformer to MES store yard and depositing all as directed.
14Supply, install, test and commissioning ofstep down transformer , out door type suitable for polemounting complete with standard accessories or fittings suitable forHT 11 KV/433 Volts, AC , 50 cycles , 3 phase ,4 wire, copper wound,oil immersed,naturally cooled, with off load tapings on Primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% with tapings at every 2.5% rating of capacity 250 KVA including bushing on HT side and LT side conforming toIS-1180(part-I)2014,energy efficiency level 3 including amendments as on the date of receipt of tender with followingrequirments:-
15Note : This items includes the following
16(a) Three Nos porcelain bushings HT 11 KV with brass bushings rods nuts and washer inside cable end box
17(b) One cable box LV side consisting of four nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with two nos cable gland suitable for 3.5 core 400 Sqmm LT U/G Cable
18(c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level guage with transformer oil
19(d)Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent
20(e)Explosion bent
21(f)Thermometer pocket on tank cover
22(g)Rating plate and terminal marking plate
23(h) The earthing terminal two Nos to facilitate fixing of earth strip
24(j)Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete
25(k)Air relief valve plug.
26(l)Initial filling to transformer oil with required capacity
27(o) The contractor will produce all purchase voucher, test certificate,mannual of the transformer.
28Supply and erection in replacement of steel tubular swaged pole 11 metres long designation 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including painting of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer from top of the pole to 1.5m above the bottom of the pole and painting with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5m from bottom of the pole complete, all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) Poles are being planed for erecting 4 polestructure (ii) Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)
29M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural mild steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified.
30Supply and fixing lighting arrester metal oxide non-linear type rupturing capacity 65 Kilo Amps porcelain conforming to IS-3070 Pt-I suitable for 11 KV, HT overhead line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps including taking out unserviceable lightning arrester all as specified and directed.
31Supply and install tripple pole HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air break switch of rating upto 200 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rode made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with dropout fuses fixed including taking out existing GO switch complete all as specified. (clamps/cross arms shall be measred and paid for seperatly)
32S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia. for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.
33S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255mm dia, ball & socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified.
34Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation bed and around the pole as massconcrete including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
35All as per description of seiral item No 21 here-in-before but PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles.
36Earthing with copper Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick burried directlyin Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected with copperEarth Strip of size 20x3mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers of copperand connected Earthing Testing Point/Bus-bar including GI40mm bore (dia) light grade Protection Pipe, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt, Magneisum Sulphate (1 : 1 : 0.5) in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of size 350x350x50 mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) medium grade including necessary Excavation in any type of soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil disposal to out side MD land and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on Completion including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed.

43Taking down existing old unsv LT panel &Supply, install, testing and commissioning ofLT distribution panel, CPRI approved,weather/vermin proof, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, factory assembled cubicle pattern modular and compartmentalized construction, outdoor type, with front and backside hinged double door with locking arrangement, floor mounted free standing type, duly powder coated, 3 phase and neutral 630 amps current carrying capacity aluminium bus bar with epoxy insulated coating with colour code and insulated support with aluminium earth bus of size 25x3mm with terminal switch, cable galleries, inter connecting bus bar connection/linkage, complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate bedding upto a height of 45 cm above gorund level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge and comprising the following :-
