Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The panel should pass glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self extinguishing). 2Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 30 KVA, 415/415 V (Fixed ratio), 3 Phase 50 HZ onan cooled oil immersed double copper wound indoor type isolation transformer complete with first filling of filtered and dehydrated transformer oil (IS-335) ISI marked electrostatic shield between primary and secondary winding and other standard fittings/accessories including over/under voltage protection, single phase preventer by pass arrangement with vector group dyn 11 complete with necessary civil work for foundation as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and as directed.
3M & L for excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of cables/ poles/ stays getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-cahrge.
4M & L for returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil completed all as specified and directed Engineer-in-cahrge.
5M & L for removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-cahrge.
6M & L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches / Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 CM spread thickness (15 CM in depth before laying the cable and 8 CM in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, all as directed Engineer-in-cahrge. (i) For the purpose of payments, punned thickness of sand cushioning only will be measured.
7S & L in trenches sub-class "B" bricks, kiln burnt laid with width equal to the length of the brick for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.
8S & L and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.
9Material & labour for earthing with steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600X 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal duct and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI stip 25X 4 mm as earthing lead (upto the boby of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all and as directed by engineer- in-charge.
10Demolition Cement Concrete (Un-reinforced) of in Ground & Paving, not exc. 150mm thickness (below or above Ground level) and removing debris, etc to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed.
11Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for plinth blocks of HT/LT Voltage stabiliser etc including use & waste necessary form work & fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed
12Supply and installation of maintenance Free UL Copper Bonded Earth Rod of 10 Feet length 17.2mm dia made of High Tensile Low Carbon Steel, molecularly bonded with 99.9% Electrolyte Graded Copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) jointed with cu strips through stainless steel clamps joint/exothermic jointed with Bus Bar of 50x6x200mm with filling of Enhancement compound minimum 50 Kg Jam fill with FRP earth pit cover top size 200x200mm bottom size 300x300mm with height of 1500mm lockable lid complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Bore of dia of earthing should be minimum 100mm.
