The Delivery Of Material Shall Be Supplied At Ndmc Store And The Sample Of Material Being Supplied Shall Be Approved By The Engineer-In-Charge. 2. The Quoted Rates Shall Be Net, Inclusive Of All Taxes I.E. Cartage, Gst Etc And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid On The Quoted Rates In This Account To The Contractor / Supplier. 3. The Material Shall Be Supplied 1000 Bags In Ten Days And Rest Quantity As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 4. The Material Shall Be Supplied From Fresh Batch In Traula ( 800 Bags Or More ) And Should Not Be Older Than One Month From Date Of Supply. 5. The Supplier Shall Submit The Manufacturers Test Report Of The Laboratory Along With Each Batch Of Supply. 6. The Material Shall Be Stacked Properly By The Manufacturer In The Store For Which Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid By The Ndmc. 7. The Supplier Shall Supply Ppc Cement Confirming To Is 1489-2015 ( Part-I ) , Latest From Reputed Manufacturers Of Cement Such As ( Acc, Ultratech, Vikram, Shree Cement, Ambuja, Jaypee Cement, J.K. Cement, Wonder Cement ) Dealership / Distributorship Has Been Attached For Technical Qualification During Participating In The Tender Having A Production Capacity Not Less Than One Million Tones Per Annum. 8. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Timely Cartage And Giving Delivery Of The Cement Bags In Sound And Undamaged Condition At Any Ndmc Store, New Delhi As Per Instruction Of Engineer In Charge.
