All Four Cranes Lub Oil Cooler ( Radiator ) To Be Taken Out From Place Transported To Workshop Cleaned Pr.Tested And Fitted In Place. Tank Level Indicator To Be Cleaned. 3 One Feed Pump And And Hydraulic Pumps ( 3Nos ) Of All Three Hyd Circuits In Each Crane To Be Removed Overhauled And Fitted Back. Quote Lump Sum For One Crane ( 4 Pps ) . Work Scope Applicable For Four Cranes. Note: 1 Set Of Hydraulic Circuit = 3 Hydraulic Pump + 1 Feed Pump.Each Cranes Cosists Of 3 Set Of Hydraulic Circuit . 4 Cranes X 3 Set Of Hydraulic Circuit = 12 Sets 4 Hydraulic Motors ( 3Nos ) Of All Three Hyd Circuits In Each Crane To Be Overhauled. Fault To Be Rectified If Pressure Is Not Up To Required Limit. All Cranes L.O Cooler Fan Motor To Overhaul Fan Dynamic Balancing To Be Done. 6 All Deck Crane Emergency Stops Switches To Be Renewed. 3 Nos In Each Crane. 7 All 4 Cranes Brake Control Hydraulic V / Vs To Overhauled. 8 Hoisting Winch Brakes To Be Overhauled 9 Luffing Winch Brakes Assembly To Be Overhauled 10 Slewing Winch Brakes To Be Overhauled 11 Hoisting Reduction Gear Box- 4 Nos To Be Overhauled 12 Luffing Reduction Gear Box-4 Nos To Be Overhauled 13 All Crane Slewing Bearing Stud Bolts Of All 4 Deck Cranes Tightness To Be Checked As Per Instruction Manual. Bearing To Be Renewed If Required ( Yard / Vessel Supply ) . 14 All Deck Crane Electronic Control To Be Checked All Limits Cutouts And Alarms To Be Checked. If Any Faults Present Same To Be Rectified. Work Scope All Four Cranes 15 All Four Deck Cranes Supply Cable From Bottom To Control Panel To Be Secured By Metal Clamp And Slip Ring To Be Checked And Any Fault To Be Rectified.

2	Hydraulic Tank oil of all four cranes to be removed from tank tanks to be cleaned up to satisfaction of ship"s staff and all filters for each tank to renew (ship supply) & same oil if found ok to be put back in tanks. all four cranes Lub Oil Cooler (Radiator) to be taken out from place transported to workshop cleaned pr.tested and fitted in place. tank level indicator to be cleaned.
3	One Feed Pump and and Hydraulic Pumps (3nos) of all three Hyd Circuits in each crane to be removed overhauled and fitted back. Quote lump sum for one crane (4 pps). Work scope applicable for four cranes. NOTE: 1 set of hydraulic circuit = 3 hydraulic pump + 1 feed pump.Each cranes cosists of 3 set of hydraulic circuit . 4 cranes x 3 set of hydraulic circuit = 12 sets
4	Hydraulic Motors (3nos) of all three Hyd Circuits in each crane to be overhauled. Quote lump sum for one crane (three motors). Work scope applicable for four cranes
5	In each cranes hydraulics circuits pr. to be checked recorded at all recommended pr. points. fault to be rectified if pressure is not up to required limit. All cranes L.O Cooler Fan Motor to overhaul fan dynamic balancing to be done.
6	All Deck Crane emergency Stops Switches to be renewed. 3 nos in each crane.
7	All 4 cranes brake control hydraulic v/vs to overhauled.
8	Hoisting Winch Brakes to be overhauled
9	Luffing Winch Brakes Assembly to be overhauled
10	Slewing Winch Brakes to be overhauled
11	Hoisting Reduction Gear Box- 4 nos to be overhauled
12	Luffing Reduction Gear Box-4 nos to be overhauled
13	All Crane Slewing Bearing Stud Bolts of all 4 deck cranes tightness to be checked as per instruction manual. Bearing to be renewed IF REQUIRED (yard/vessel supply).
14	All Deck Crane Electronic Control to be checked all Limits Cutouts and Alarms to be checked. If any faults present same to be rectified. Work scope all four cranes
15	All four Deck Cranes supply cable from bottom to control panel to be secured by metal clamp and slip ring to be checked and any fault to be rectified.
