    2Supply at Berth Category 1 :One number of barge with minimumcapacity of 900 MTs (620 MTs VLSFO & 280 MTs LSHFHSD) of IV Class or equivalent
    3Supply at Anchorage Category 2 : One number of barge with minimum capacity of 600 MT (Only VLSFO) of RSV II class or equivalent with IRS Certification.
