| 1 | Dismantling the defective / burnt alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to local workshop, opening and taking outburnt alternator stator winding, cleaning and then rewinding the sattor assembly complete with super enameled copper wire as per existing original gauge of manufacturer and applying insulting varnishing of F class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site to its original position for re-installing the same in position, carrying out ligament of complete Dg set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. |
