9Preparation of surfaces andapplying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Char
10Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even& smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint incl making of drip course as reqd completeincl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.
11Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
12Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description and in any situation over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synathetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps,plinth courses, copingetc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

17Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth, 75 mm thick and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
19Position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system. The size of grid shall be 600 x 600mm with GI frame work main runner 38 x 24mmx 3600 mm, cross tee 25 x 24 x 600mm / 25 x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 2540mm ( thickness of the material of 0.30 mm), using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in due drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I-1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dig GI bar hanger from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clipscomplete all as specified.and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
20Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
21Supply and fixing ofrolled mild steel as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins where connected to commen rafters and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
