| 2 | OD79333/2021-2022:Providing and fixing good quality perforated GFR (glass fiber reinforced) gypsum panels back lined with acoustical fleece - Pixel Taper having 3x3mm square perforations @ 8.33mm pitch - 10.2 % open area, of size 1200x2400x12.5mm thick tapered edge along the length having base density 800Kgs/m3, weight 10 Kgs/m2 which is fixed by using concealed ceiling system. The concealed ceiling framework system shall include GI Wall channel(WC22) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 20 & 30mm and web of 25mm should be fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300mm centers. Then suspend Main channels(MC45) having thickness 0.8mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 15mm and web 45mm from the soffit at every 1200mm centers with Suspender angle(SA25) having thickness 0.45mm, unequal flanges of 25 & 10mm. GI Cross channel(CC25) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 9.5mm is fastened to the Main channel in the direction perpendicular to the Main Channel at every 600mm centers. | 3 | OD79334/2021-2022:Supplyinstallation of good quality pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, Melamine laminated finish, groove perforated slats L16-2 - (2mm Slats @16mm pitch) backlined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, Non FR grade, of size 128x2440x16mm thick having base density 800Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel (CC25) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centers. Aluminium core cross channel (CC18) having thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC10 with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centers. | 4 | OD79335/2021-2022:Providing and fixing Acoustic wall paneling with good quality NRC wall fabric or equivalent with square end made of wooden base 10mm thick and fibre glass substrate 25 mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and fire resistant fabric of approved colour of size 600x2100 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90NRC , fixing the panels to walls using necessary adhesive with necessary screws, cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete. Wooden base 10mm is first installed on the wall along the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centers . FS15 tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying Stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Stretch Tracks. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note -minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 100mm less. |
