1Elliptical exerciser:- Providing, designing and fixing elliptical exerciser of size 1200 X 540 X 1600 mm fabricated with main post of 114 mm dia and 2.5mm thick L shape pipe is dia 88 mm thickness 2.75mm, Swing Arm is dia 33 mm thickness 2.75mm, The rest pipe is 2.75mm, PVC Handle and dia 33mm, Nylon footrest thickness 6mm, rest pipe is thickness 2.75mm having, bottom plate 260 mm dia with thickness 12.00 mm with ABS Cap/ Cover.all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and pre galvanized, having Oil degreasing treatment and Sand Blasting De-rusting treatment must be used before powder coating treatment with baking temperature of more than 200 degree Celsius, using high quality paint Nippon or equivalent of 90 - 120 micron thickness to prevent any damage from weather conditions. All joints of pipe should be cut by CNC laser cutting and robotic welded, with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Foothold shall be made up of steel 3.00 mm thick / Nylon 6.00 mm thick, with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and welded/ attached to main structure for vandalism proof design and long life. Bearing No 6205 and 6305 used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self-lubricated made by reputed company. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by Steel/ LLDPE caps for user safety. The Equipment must conform the Quality Standards EN 16630 :2015. The equipment must have TUV certification in the manufacturing process. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 with J-bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, all complete with Defect Liability Period of Three years
