Partial Offers Will Not Be Considered For Evaluation And The Same Are Liable For Rejection. 3. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Packing & Forwarding, Freight And Testing Charge. 4. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Gst, Third Party Inspection ( Tpi ) And Transit Insurance Charge. Gst Shall Be Paid Extra By Bhel At Applicable Rates.
