2M&L dismantling electric motor of any make, 3 phase 415V of following capacity, opening the motor for rewinding using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding as per manufacturer design including varnishing & drying and re-assemblingthe motor, connecting with proper alignment and testing complete including transporting to workshop for rewinding complete all as specified and as directed.

9Taking out old unserviceabescroll compressor 13 TR capacityfrom the unit after disconnecting electrical wiring and piping connections , nuts and bolts etc and Supply and fixing new scroll compressor 13 TR capacityand connecting pipe line for existing piping brazing and electric connection etc complete all as specified and as directed.
10All as per item No 3 above but for 7.5 TR Capacity.
11M & L for disconnecting condenser for descaling & Plugging them & providing of 15 mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be usedfor descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7 flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulatingdiluted acid solution as specified above & PH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure (EIC of for 30 TR at WED/NSD) complete all as specified and as directed.
12Pumping down the plant to preserve the existing refrigerant gas & leak testing chiller plant by charging of Nitrogen gas in to entire plant & monitoring for 24 hrs to find the leakages rectification of leak by brazing/ Capping leaked tubing & replacement of necessary gasket packing as wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vacuumising of the plant by vacuum pump & keeping 24 hrs for testing including rectification of leakages if any finally recharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure complete testing of the plant for smooth functioningcomplete all as specified and as directed.

32M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code with spray machine on surfaces of 3x30 TRcentral AC plant comprising compressor motor, Pump, water pipe lines etc by filling cavities if any with filler including preparation of surfaces & indication markings complete all as specified and as directed.
33Taking down motor, blower fan assembly from cooling Tower, removing unserviceable fins , & providing new PVC fins of size 4"x6" ,after cleaning of Louvers, drift eleminators fill surface by moderate pressure water nozzle to remove all surface impurities incl removal of rust/scale, scrapping down the hard water deposited from bottom tray with chemical andpreparing the surfacesand painting with one coat of anticorrosive paint to match with existing colour, servicing of fan and motor assembly including removal of dust, oil, scale of motor body and replacing of unserviceable nozzle,bearings ,painting with anti corrosive paint, draining and filling of bearing housing with new SAE 20 grade mineral oil, greasing of bearing with IOCL mobilux etc ,& reassembling complete of following cooling towers complete all as specified and as directed.

37Removing old unserviceable insulation of chilled water pipe line and cleaning the surface & applying one coat of TPRA coat & M & L for wrapping on MS Chilled water pipe line with 50/40 mm thick fiber glass wool moulded to shape the thermal insulation in selection of 50 mm crown wrapped with chicken mesh wire netting 20 SWG and 20mm mesh & aluminium cladding with 24 SWG aluminum sheet on 150/100 mm dia MS chilled water pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.
38Supply & fixing in repairNitrile insulation layers of size 25 mm thickness sticking on the chiller surface by using approved adhesive and ceiling joint by weather proof tape after removing unserviceable nitrile insulation from the chiller & cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

50Supply & Fixing in repairs FRP Induced draft rectangular counter flow type Cooling Tower of capacity 35 USGPM with FRP basin with squirrel cage, vertical flange mounted extended thread shaft type, induction motor with totally enclosed weather proof enclosure,connecting the inlet & outlet existing pipelines including PVC Fills, Eliminator, FRP Fan Deck, Hardware etc complete on existing platform of following capacities after removing old Cooling tower as specified in OEM manual complete all as specified and as directed.
51Removing side panel of AHU ofanycapacity, dismantling of AHU carefully removing unserviceable blower bearings and removing motor and blower assembly , replacement of AHU blower bearings after machining of shafts, cleaning bottom tray of AHU and refixing electric motor and top side panel in origial position with new bolts washers and shafts keys and bottom of tray and checking the shafts balancing and testing for smooth running complete all as specified and as directed.
52Taking down old chocked hepa filter from filter box and supply and fix new hepa filter of 1.0 micron of size 610X 610X 156 mmincluding 3 mm thick gasket complete all as specified and as directed.
53Supply & Fixing in repairs monoblock pump set of capacity 5HP,C.I,M.S,SS , Head 6 to 22 Mtrs ,LPS 11 to 24suitable for three phase 50 Cycle, 433V, AC Supply complete all as specified and as directed.
54Supply & Fixing in repairs monoblock pump set of capacity 3HP,C.I,M.S,SS , Head 12 to 36 Mtrs ,LPS 2 to 5 LPS suitable for three phase 50 Cycle, 433V, AC Supply complete all as specified and as directed.
55Design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of the following extensible cubical type indoor mounting powder coated, modular compartmentalized IP 42, dead front, dust and vermin proof, floor mounting 2 mm thick sheet clad switchboard suitable for use at 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 cycle system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- The following provisions shall be required to be made in the switchboard detailed below (a) The switchboard shall have provision for entry of all XLPE cables from the top/bottom as required. (b) All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bar insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and bus bar supports shall be used. (c) Suitable tinned copper extension links for incoming/outgoing cables shall be provided whenever required. (d) space heater/light/air filter shall be provided for each vertical compartment. 65Opening the LT Panel boardcubical type for DG set located in DG room,cleaning the Bus Duct chamber, inspect the complete panel, tighten the all incoming, outgoing ACBs/MCCB s/ SFU of different capacity, nuts, bolts, bus bar insulator and replace with new one if required and heating up for removal of moisture, record its IR value with the help of 1.1KV megger and applying thickcoating of Z931 strippex B andZ 955 Strippex (SL) of stanvac product for preventing from flush over and fire hazard, including replacement of 3mm thick gasket, closing of all holes and charging the same complete all as specified and as directed.
66All as per item No 39 hereinbefore but for main electric panel complete all as specified and as directed.
67All as per item No 39 hereinbeforebut for DG auxiliary panel complete all as specified and as directed.
68M&L for scrapping old paint and rust, cleaning and preparation of surface of DG set, DG set enclosures, diesel tank, rolling shutter of DG set, DG panel boardand painting with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour and painting the exhaust pipe with aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.
69M&L for isolating earthing lead conductor from test point and measuring resistance value of earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.

75Servicingof 320 KVA DG set of make Greaves Mode;l No 7 BD 2 V 12 MK II HP -396 ,by opening up the rocker and cover, adjusting the rocker arm tappet gap, removing & cleaning the inlet & outlet valves, replacement of tappet cover gaskets, checking & adjusting fuel injection timing, removing the diesel feed pipes, cleaning throughly & pressure testing, removing the oil sump of engine, cleaning& replacement of Engine Oil , oil filters, fuel fitters, replacement of inlet manifold gasket, draining out diesel from diesel storage tank completely, cleaning the tank & drying, outlet & over flow pipes from tank to engine. including replacement of spare parts as require etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Servicing of DG set has to be done by authorised service engineer of cummins only. (ii)Spare parts requred will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included removing and fixing spare parts.
76Supply only following spares for routine maintenance of 320 KVA DG set Greaves Engine Model No 7BD 2v 12 MK-II HP-396 under item no 18 hereinbefore complete all as specified and as directed.
