| 1 | Repairs to Cooling Tower installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex, Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical connections then dismounting the motor blocks (7.5 HP) and damaged fan blade assembly from the frame, shifting motor-01No and fan blade assembly to workshop, dismantling the motor core & then rewinding of the same with proper copper conductor, repairs to the shaft by depositing the material on the shaft by welding then turning & grinding on the lathe machine in order to make it to the required size. Job includes providing and fixing of new fan blade hub assembly in place of broken one and proper alignment of buckled fans using special tools and tackles. Job includes P/F of bearing-1No, seal-01No in place of damaged one. Assembling of the motor & fan blade assembly, and then shifting back to site. Fitting of motor into the slot, making of the electrical connection to the motor. The Job also includes repairs to the panel by P/F of new contactor-18Amp-01No, relay, HRC fuses & replacement of burnt wiring. Testing of motor on no load and full load. Job includes P/f of MCCB 160A 3P-01No of 20hp monoblock condenser pump in place of damaged one. Job also includes providing & fitting of C.I butterfly valve-04Nos of 125mm ID. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, taxes, carriage. |
