Term Contract for the year 2022-23 for Repairing/Renovation works of Premises/Building/Campuses at New Campus, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.Material shall be used as per Annexure-‘A’.Terms and Conditions:-1. For the items of the G.Schedule which have reference to Raj. P.W.D. (BSR) 22 April, 2019 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) the relevant rates as mentioned in P.W.D (BSR) 22 April, 2019(civil)/01-06-2022(Electric) shall considered to be correct and applicable in case of any discrepancy inthe rates mentioned above for such items and that shown in P.W.D. (BSR) 22 April, 2019 (civil)/ 01-06-2022(Electric) applicable for Jodhpur City.2. All deduction shall be deducted from the contractor bill as per applicable government rules.3. Royalty will be deducted from the contractor bill as per rule & contractor will obtained the short term license from the mining department.
