Material shall be used as per Annexure-‘A’. Terms and Conditions:- 1. For the items of the G.Schedule which have reference to Raj. P.W.D. (BSR) 22 April, 2019 (civil)/ 01-06-2022 (Electric) the relevant rates as mentioned in P.W.D (BSR) 22 April, 2019(civil)/01-06-2022(Electric) shall considered to be correct and applicable in case of any discrepancy inthe rates mentioned above for such items and that shown in P.W.D. (BSR) 22 April, 2019 (civil)/ 01-06-2022(Electric) applicable for Jodhpur City. 2. All deduction shall be deducted from the contractor bill as per applicable government rules. 3. Royalty will be deducted from the contractor bill as per rule & contractor will obtained the short term license from the mining department. |
