Design, Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning of INLINE FLOW METER to measurevolumetric flow rate of oxygen gas flowing in a 50 mm dia pipe, with pressure range 10-13kg/cm2 andtemperature range 0-40 degree centigrade, capable of measuring flow rate of 0-1200m3/hr. Flow meter systemshould be capable of displaying digitally instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow (totaliser) measures at NTPconditions. Proper temperature and pressure compensation is to be incorporated in the system. Completetechnical details of different sub assemblies (Flow sensing unit, signal processing unit and flow indicator cumtotaliser unit) in the flow measuring system are to be provided along with the offer. The flow measuring systemshould be calibrated in laboratory/site after commissioning, traceable to international standards. Calibrationcertificate shall be issued after commissioning of the system. The least count of the system should be one cubicmeter per hour or less. The output/display shall be compatible for transferring flow data into thelaptop/computers/printers.
