| 26 | Supply, lnstall, testing & commissioning of Transformer floor mounted capacity 400 KVAstep down, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed , air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN- 11(Vector group 4) and having tapping as per IS in equal step of 2.5 %, changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per lS 1180 Pt -1 of 2014 including first fill of transformer oil as per lS -335 and including all fitting /accessories of transformer as specified in SSR Part-1 and lS-1180 Pt -1 of 2014. The transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass brushing on HT side. The limit of Temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-l and lS-1180 Pt -1 of 2014 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:-(i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brassrods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable size for reception of cable LT 1100 Voltgrade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete.(ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side(iii) Oil conservator with ilter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(iv) Dehydrating breather with irst tilling of Dehydrating Agent .(v) Explosion vent(vi) THERMOMETER Pocket(vii) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing 32 x 6 mm Gl strips |
