Complete descaling/cleaning of convectors of various capacities at Govt CD Hospital (IPD Block/AD Block/Record Section) by dismantling of same by using skilled labours. The job includes dismantling of convector valves and removing the same from the wall brackets. The job further includes cleaning and washing of fins by using detergent, water and kerosene/ diesel. The convectors are to be descaled by circulating sulphamic acid powder with appropriate quantity of water for 4 -5 hrs till working PH is achieved (PH of 1-2). The job further includes refitting of convector valves and refixing same on the wall bracket and testing onfull load. All nuts, bolts, chemical, detergent, kerosene oil/diesel etc are to be arranged by the contractor, besides contractor should arrange welding machine and other tools and tackles for carry out repair work which may arise due to disassembling the radiator\"s. Further the job includes testing of convectors for noiseless operation and satisfactory performance.All necessary items viz.pumping units,buckets,piping and litmus paper (PH 1-7),gaskets,dhoti cloth ,consumable items etc shall be arranged by the executing agency.
