Terms & Conditions:1 GST,CGST as admissible shall be paid extra.2 The Material shall be supplied within 15 days.3 The rates should be quoted FOR MC Solan.4 All the material should be Jindal Make ISI marked heavy Quality.5 All disputes will be settled in Solan jurisdiction only.6 The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Solan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.7 The Validity of Tender shall be One year and Quantity may be increased or decreased as per requirement within the period. In case more quantity is required by M.C. Solan, the bidder will have to supply the materials on the same rates approved for the period as per supply order issued during year. This tender may be further extended if service will found satisfactory.
