The RMC to be manufactured with Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from the transit mixer to the site of laying including the cost of centring, shuttering finishing and HYSD/TMT steel reinforcement of 8mm dia @ 180mm c/c in both directions as per drawing enclosed confirming to IS 1786 of 1986, cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including adequate curing filling of joints with bituminous sealing compound in construction and expansion joints/groove as per IS code 3873-1978 with all lead and lift, all included as per the detailed specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete. |
| 4 | Providing and laying pressure relief filter media below the canal lining at water logged location with graded filter material comprising granitic or basaltic stone aggregate of nominal size 40mm down grade conforming to graded filter criteria as per IS 4558-1995 including 200mm diameter PVC perforated pipe withstanding the pressure not less than 6kg/cm2 and as per the approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-in Charge all inclusive with all leads lifts etc complete. |

| 9 | Providing & Applying impermeable, high compressive strength, monolithic application, excellent bond strength, high abrasion resistance, UV resistance, non-toxic polymer based cementitious mortar named asPoly Ironite Ceramic Cementitious (PICC) ,which consists of Nicomix 100 + 53 Grade Cement + Water for resurfacing of concrete surfaces to a thickness upto 10 mm or as per surface conditions and also treatment of honey combing areas etc. Cleaning will be done by removing all loose particles, dust particles or any other foreign material/particles using manual or mechanical means. After that, clean the concrete surface with special chemical named as Steripure 100 for removing of algae fungi followed by High Pressure Water Jet and Compressed Air blower. Applybond coat a Water Miscible epoxy named as Kelox R101 + Kelox H 404 or its equivalent(using manual/mechanical means) before PICC application, it ensure strong adhesion with old surface to new PICC mortar. Application providing with Top coat of NicCoat PC + Kelmer A 80 or its equivalent after finishing PICC,Complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,insurance chargesas directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Providing & Applyinginternal expansion joints filling by polysulphide base material, preformed polyurethane, elastomer , bond breaker and fixing metal plate of aqueduct ,Cleaning will be done by removing all loose particles, dust particles or any other foreign material/particles using manual or mechanical means. After that, clean the concrete joint with special chemical named as Steripure 100 for removing of algae fungi followed by High Pressure Water Jet and Compressed Air blower of required depth, After cleaning resize the joint using PICC mortar, Applybond coat a Water Miscible epoxy named as Kelox R101 + Kelox H 404(using manual/mechanical means) before PICC and Pu foam application, it ensure strong adhesion with old surface to new surface .complete withall leads and lifts etc complete as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge.Complete as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,,insurance chargesas directed by the Engineer in charge in expansion joint |
