Notes:- 1- The rate in the form of transfer period (Number of years in which the bidder shall design, build, finance, operate and Transfer the community center, are required to be quoted which shall be as minimum as possible. 2- The bid containing lowest transfer period shall be considered for approval.3- The value after entering rate which shows as \"TOTAL AMOUNT WIithout Taxes\" as in colum-53 will be treated as \"Transfer Period\".
