2Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surface on top of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).
3Supply only liquid water proofing compound pidilite LW complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Material and labour for providing APP modified water proofingmembrane with non woven polyster super thermally laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm, over a coat of manufacturer"s primer 0.3 ltr/Sqm on the prepared surface of plaster,end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side overlaps 75mm . APP modified water proofing membrane shuold be five layered 3mm thick and minimum weight 3kg per square metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Taking down cementplaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scubbing down with water etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Material and labour for 15mm thick cemet plalster in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas, roof projection ceilings facia etc average 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over cement slurry coatbthick @ 3 Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 furnished even & smooth including applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of coloured primer in camouflage pattern (four) or more shades including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Dismantling framed wooden trusses span n exc 10 m of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 Sqcm in section framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Supply and fixing for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleatsconforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) quality-B etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Supply and fixing rolled MS section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410-W quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Supply and fixing for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) quality-A etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Refixing and erection of old MS rolled section of any thickness/size as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Refixingold any thickness/size of MS works as in wind tie for roof flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc and similar worksincluding drilling holes as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Dismantling AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings including ridges and make good of aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Dismantling GI/PGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings including ridges and make good of aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Supply and fixing for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supply and fixingin repair pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Supply and fixing forin repair 0.63mm thick galvanised with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm mild steel sheeting (with grade of zinc coating 275 Gm/sqm) with two corrugation side lap fixed with L- type or cranked hook bolts and washer in roof, wall etc bent to curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20Taking down earthing arrester including stripand refixing same postion after fixing of any type roof sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint of camouflage pattern de-galvanizngwith one coat of "H" primer in four or more shades complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including necessary scaffolding and other safety arrangement to work at any height at site if required.
22Refixingold any thickness Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) point wiring for ceiling fan/light fitting in ceiling and refixing the same in any position including replacing damaged material and lowering/rising the rod of ceiling fan if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25Taking down carefully switch boards of any size and any description and boxes of such types on wall and refixing at same place duly modification over PVC panelling including necessary screws, washers, replacement of damage switches etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Supply and fixing position suspended false ceiling system using T-grid suspended ceiling grid system . The size of grid shall be 600x600mm with GI frame work main runner 38x24x3600mm, cross tee 25x24x600mm/ 25x 24 x 1200mm and wall angle 24x24x2540mm( thickness of the materail of 0.30mm). using 9mm thick ceiling panel laminated with PVC film on front face and foil back available in the drop texture as per IS-2095, part-I 1996, fixed in the grid of T-grid suspended ceiling grid system duly susupended by 4mm dia GI bar hanged from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clipscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Demolition brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28Material and labour brick work with sub class "B" modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
