3Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spacedjoints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.
4White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)
5Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer"s specification. Two or more coats on new work
6Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
7Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
8French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work
9Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
11Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(1)The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2)The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
12Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type orof approved makeincluding tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm average thickness

14Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust freesteel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 15Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.
16Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as perspecifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer
17Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make
18Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
19Inject 2 component , 100% solid moisutre tolerant, super low viccosity, high strength, multi purpose low viscosity epoxy injection resin (IS 6746, ASTM D 638, ASTM D790) Make of Reliance, Sika, Fosroc or equivalent. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
20Rebuilding the section of structutal damaged RCC elements to its original size or asper consultants recommendations in thickness up to 50mm in 3 layers of 20+20+10 mm each by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber reinforced cementitious patch repair mortar. Dual Shrinkage expansion, fibre reinforced, single component, polymer modified, cementitious, repair mortar system of make FOSROC, SIKA, Reliance or equivalent supplied as a ready to use blend of dry powders, which requires only the addition of clean water to produce a highly consistent, repair mortar suitable for structural concrete and masonry repairs. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

22Providing and application of corrosion inhibiting impregnation coating, designed for use as an impregnation for protection of steel reinforcment within unexposed concrete with Organic Bipolar concrete penetrating corrosion inhibiting admixture of make FOSROC, SIKA, Reliance or equivalent . The product should be amino alcohol and inorganic combination based migratory corrosion inhibitor for both cathodic and anodic protection. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
23Supply & Apply aluminised synthetic resin Concrete curing compounds for the prevention of premature water loss from concrete of make FOSROC, SIKA, Reliance or equivalentcomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
24Protecting of reinforcement from further corrosion by using two coatepoxy based anti corrosive make of fosroc, SIKA, reliance or equivalentprotection of approved make with paint brush and allowing it to cure and dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Bars upto 12 mm diameter complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
25Providing and applying the marked application area with pultruded CFRP plate at bottom of beam for flexural strengthening with Sika CarboDur S-514 or equivalent in 1 layers having dimensions of 50mm wide and 1.4 mm thickness and properties of E-modulus: 1.65x105 N/mm2; tensile strength >=2800 N/mm2; E-break > 1.7%; temperature resistant > 150oC. Product requirements: approved by Fib, technical report, bulletin 14. The Carbon Laminate must have been used since more than 20 years in commercial projects and approved by German Institute of Construction and CSTB in France. In addition to global reference the carbon laminate must also be successfully tested from any of the IIT"s in India and have been used for Flyover / Bridge strengthening in past. Along with supply and apply a solvent-free, epoxy based, thixotropic, structural two part adhesive for plate bonding with Sikadur-30 LP (IN) or equivalent having properties of Compressive Strength >90 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C579; Shear Strength >10 N/mm2 (7 days at 250C) according to FIP 5.15; Bond Strength >= 2.5 N/mm2 according to EN1542. Including Surface Preparation by grinding of concrete surface by electrically operated diamond cup wheel grinder, rounding off sharp edges to 25 mm radius and cleaning it properly as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Epoxy and CFRP Laminate shall be from same manufacturer complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
26Strengtheningstructural elements with non metallic composite fibre wrapping system comprise of uni- directional high strength carbon fibre sheet(200 GSM) of RELINFORCE C Fab 200, Sika, Fosroc or equivalent approved material and compatible saturate, by dry/ wet layup system including the following and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- Surface preparation : Grinding / moulding concrete substrate,cleaningitwithwirebrushremovingoil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25mm radius etc. complete.Profiling : Applying compatible primer (RELInforce FAB S PR or equivalent) of approved make and brand on prepared substrate, Filling the holes and uneven surface with thixotropic putty (RELinforce EP Putty or equivalent) etc. complete. Wrapping :Wrapping thefibresheetwithapproved / recommended overlapping to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. repeatthesameprocedure formultiple layerwiththe interval of 8 hrs. Sand Pasting : Applying second coat of saturate (RELInforce FAB S or equivalent ) after min12 hrs. rectify air voids if any, paste the coarse sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes. (Mode of measurement : Per sqm surface area of application per layer).
27Providing and installing 6 mm dia Carbon Anchor produced by knit-braiding process for fixing laminates & wrap from Fosroc, RIL, Sika. No site-made or hand-made anhor to be used.
