It should include electric charges, water charges, telephone bills, DTH/Cable TV rent, house/municipal tax, any other taxes, wages to employees and contractors profit. The rate quoted should be for running the required services mentioned in this tender for a period of One months. It should be inclusive of GST and and any other taxes if applicable
