SITC of Rolling Shutter having curtain fabricated using single skinned curve shaped 1.2mm thick Galvalume steel slat having minimum height 115mm and depth 20mm without any joint interconnected with each other using forged iron end clips to be fitted on alternate slats using stainless steel rivets. Wind lock made of forged iron to be fitted on both ends of slats using stainless steel rivets at distance of every 1m across height.TG-Type shaped side guide joint less single piece roll forming designed for holding wind locks made using 2.5mm thick Galvanised steel . Double skinned aluminium bottom plate fitted with EPDM gasket to be fitted at bottom of curtain. Top Cover square shaped fabricated using 0.8mm thick Galvalume steel sheet fitted with 25 x 25 x 2.5mm thick angle at top and bottom. Base structure to be fabricated using 100 x 50 x 4mm channel for 200mm width on both sides of clear opening across height of rolling shutter.Motorisation of rolling shutter using European make drive unit having output torque of 412Nm, 230V-50Hz, 600 W to be operated using push button. Drive unit to have manual chain operating mechanism in case of emergency complete etc as reqd. (Technical Specification as per attached Annexure -I)

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess along with 25/32 A, 240 V “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.
