Remove Existing Isolating Valves Sv 139 - 2Nos. And Install Serviced Isolation Valves 2 Nos. Sv139 ( Ongc Supply ) And Charge Nitrogen Pilot Accumulator With Nitrogen At 250-300 Psi. Function Test For Proper Working. Graylock Gasket ( Ongc Supply ) . Procure, Supply Of Nitrogen In Contractor Scope. Pass Control Hose Bundle Through Guard Hose And Lay New Control Hose Bundle From Dsc To Battery Plate ( Approx. 110 Ft Length ) , Make All End Conections Including Hydraulic, Pneumatic And Electrical Connections On Both Ends ( Dsc And Battery Plate ) And Make Arrangement With Guide Wire And Ring ( Ss ) With Rollers ( Hard Rubber ) For Securing And Sliding Of All Dsc Hoses. Pass Electric Cable Through Control Cable ( 500 Ft 7 Core 19.2 Pete Insulation 0.3Mm ) .Make Connection Of Electric Cable At Both End J-Boxes. Replace The Lock Unlock Limit Switches ( 02 Nos ) . Limit Switch Ongc Supply. Service Travel Stroke Sensor ( 01 Nos ) And Calibrate The Same For Dsc Travel. Remove Mechanical Lock Cylinder Assy From Dsc. Staging Requied At 20 M Height. Completely Dismantle The Same. Check For Any Damage In Cylinder Bore Or Pin Area. Build Up , Machining And Surface Preparation ( Chrome Plating ) Require In Case Of Sealing Area Damage. Reassemble The Same With New Rubber Seal And Fit Back With New Bolts / Fasteners.Build Up , Machining And Surface Preparation ( Chrome Plating ) In Contractor Scope. Secure All Pipe Lines Coming Out Of Dsc Control Panel To Mz Deck 3 / 8 Tubings, 3 / 4 And 1 / 2 Pipe Lines With Clamps And Angles.
