Providing & fixing High rib sheeting 1000 mm minimum cover width with minimum 28-32 mm crests, manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) Hi-Tensile SMP Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide pans with 2 to 3 nos. stiffening ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with return legs on side laps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute in side, lap. The sheets shall have a hot-dip metallic coating of Zinc and Aluminium (150 gms/sqm zinc/alum.coating mass total on both sides, AZ-150 as per AS1397), 550 Mpa yield stress, providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 microns comprising of 20 microns exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including, ridigs/ Hips / Valley/ laps and using 12 mm polymer coated hot dip galvanised hex self drilling fasteners on each crest of sheets for connection with purlins incl. evas boarding for the same.
