The vital physical and chemical parameters of themembrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrateat 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms.
