The Job Also Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools & Tackles, Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, All Consumables And Labour To Complete The Job In All Respects, Collection & Transportation Of Steel Scaffolding Materials & Steel Gratings To The Work Site And Back. , Dismantling / Erection Of Equipments Dismantling Of Plummer Blocks And Pulleys (Approx. Height 15 Mtr.) From Side Wall Conveyor-01 And Same To Be Lowered Down On The Ground In Order To Handover To Refurbishment Contractor. Preparing Chain Pulley Blocks, Staging , Temporary Bracings And Other Necessary Temporary Work Required For Proper Execution Of The Work Shall Be Provided. Bend Pulley-3.247 Mt, Deflection Disc – 2.852 Mt. , Dismantling & Removal Of Structurals / Gratings The Job Involves Removal Of Existing Above Ground, Overhead Structural Members By Unfastening / Coldcutting / Gas Cutting / Grinding, Etc., Without Damaging Any Other Portion Of The Existing Unit, Lowering Down The Same To Ground Level, Transportation Of The Same To The Designated Area Or Scrap Yard As Per The Instructions Of Engineer-In-Charge. The Job Also Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools & Tackles,Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, Machineries, All Consumables And Labour To Complete The Job In All Respects. , Erection Of Structurals / Gratings The Job Includes Erection Of Carbon Steel Structurals In Position Such As Platforms, Ladders, Stairs, Brackets, Pipe Supports, Pipe Shoe, Using The Structural Materials Like Angles, Flats, Channels, Beams, Rounds, Plates Etc. At All Grades & Elevations. The Job Also Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools & Tackles,Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, Machineries, All Consumables And Labour To Complete The Job In All Respects. The Erection Of Structurals Shall Be Done After Clearance From Engineer In Charge After The Refurbishment & Erection Of Side Wall Conveyor Plummer Blocks & Pulleys By Other Cpcl Contractors. Refurbishment & Erection May Take Upto 60 Days From Day Of Dismantling & Handover. Contractor Shall Mobilize Necessary Tools, Tackles & Personnel For Erection Of Structurals Within A Week As Informed By Enngineer In Charge => Limited
