Of India)S Policy Circular No. 1(2)(1)/2016-Ma Dated 10/03/2016}. 1. Tube Size Should Be 13X75 Mm. 2. Tubes Must Contain Silica Clot Activator Coated In The Inner Wall. 3. As Per Ministry Of Health & Family Welfare(Govt. Of India)%U2019s Circular No. X.11035/379/2015-Dfqc(Pt) Dated 22/02/2019, The Manufacturer Should Provide Indian Standard Quality Certificate Of Icmed/13485/Isi/Bis. If The Aforesaid Indian Standard Quality Certificate(S) Is Not Available For The Item, Then Us Fda/European Ce Quality Certificate Should Be Provided. 4. The Vendor Must Provide Good Quality Of Broad Paper Sticker On The Tube So That Patient Id Can Be Written Legibly On It. 5.
