The Accessories which malfunction, broken or irrepairable, shall be changed & cost will be paid in the bill at the time of maintenace.The visit & report of checklist prepared by firm shall be duly checked by S.D.E. incharge & same shall be submitted to office of the undersigned. any complaint of said equipments shall be first report to S.D.E. incharge with immediate effect.after confirmation of complaint , the accessories if any to be fixed shall be , duly approved by engineer in charge at site.
