    1a) Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 40 HP Motor from site during emergency using appropriate means of transport as Bolero/ Tata mobile or similar with 1km lead (02 Trip) b) Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms up to 5.0 kms (5 km/Trip) c) Disconnecting all motor leads, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete assembly as per job d) Providing and fitting of new copper wire as per standard for winding (24kg) e) Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% (19.2 kg) f) Providing & fitting of high quality insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper fiber glass tape varnishing etc. g) Providing and fitting of copper connection leads as per requirement (03 no) h) Assembling of all motor parts coupling and alignment with pump reconnecting of leads and testing on full load
