Notes :- The Contractor shall submit the detailed design and working drawings of the AC Plant including heat load calculations, Plant layout,Air ducting of AHUVetted /certified by any IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering College)(relevant department). Certificate of sound design shall be on official letter pad of IIT / NIT/Govt Engineering College. |

(F) AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS supply and fix supply air and return air duct made out of galvanized steel section ducting form AHU to condition room, of commercial grade VIII as per IS-655 with suitable M/S supporting arrangements including primary and secondary supporting from RCC roof/celling/wall traverse/floor/ground/for ducts outside non outside no conditioned space including necessary foundation for support etc complete with adjustable dampers, vanes etc complete specification and as per ducting layout marked tentatively on site plane to provide the required qty of supply air in the condition room to achieve the designed parameter with desirable velocity and noise level with uniform distribution of air and comprises of following accessories, designed as per manufacture. :- (i) New Mechanical Fire dampers of model CFD-FL approved 90 Minutes Fire Rating as per UL-555-1995 by CBRI in the existing main supply air duct layout drawing including control wring. The dampers shall be made of heavy guage galvanized steel having multi blade construction. The blades shall be fitted with chrome plated shaft and self lubricated phosphorus bronze bushes. The dampers shall also be provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. The blades of the dampers are held in the "open" position by a high tensile spring and adjusible link. The fusible link should be UL stamped and operates at 74°C causing the damper to close immediately on break fire to prevent the spread of fire through the ducts. (ii) Power coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill of suitable size in AHU room with GI volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete as required and as specified. (iii) supply air diffusers, duct mounted double louvered and double defiction type of power coated aluminium with volume control dampers of required sizes and numbers as shown in the drawing to provide adequate air with desired velocity required. (iv) Return air grills duct mounted singe louvered double deflection type of power coated aluminium of required sizes and numbers fitted on ducts all as shown in the drg. |

Notes :-(i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of eztra holes in busbar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor HRFR cable conforming (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. |
