Execution (Installation, testing, commissioning)• Inspection and fault finding and attending of AOL system at EL: 0 meter and EL: 165 meter simultaneously.• Removal of existing faulty/ damaged fitting (MI AOL and LI AOL) from NDCT.• Inspection and fault attending of power cables.• Shifting of new fixtures to its amounting locations.• Installation of Medium intensity AOL and Low intensity AOL fixtures with all required accessories and hardware (Like : SS bracket, Fasteners, nut bolts. Etc.)• Termination of power cables with glands and lugs.• Fabrication and mounting of 150 x75 mm ‘C’ channel bracket for flasher synchronization control and mounting controller.• Removal of damaged controller and installation, termination of flasher synchronization control and monitoring controller unit with all accessories.• Testing and commissioning of complete AOL system of NDCT.• Fabrication, installation of canopy for flasher synchronization control and monitoring controller, lighting panel etc.

Relocation of new controller 50 meter apart from NDT for prevention from corrosion.Scope of work as below:• Excavation of trench size 500x1000 mm (Width x Depth) for cables approx 50 meter for each NDCT.• Laying and termination of power and control cables from old to new location for extended length approximately 150 meter for each NDCT.• Back filling of trench and fixing of root marker on cable root.• Jointing of cable with jointing kit. Quantity 04 nos. joints.• Clean and furnish area of 5.5 meter for new location of flasher synchronization control and monitoring controller, lighting panel. Etc.
