| 1 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type ) on the exterior side , upto seven story height made with 40mm dia MS tube 1.5m centre to centre , horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with US tubes M .8 tube challier , MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the require duration as approved and removing it thereafter . The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings , runners connection with the building etc , wherever required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc, complete as per directions and approval of Enigeer in charge . The elevational area of the scaffolding hall be measured for payment purpose . The payment will be made once irrespective of duaration of scaffolding. |

| 5 | Core test : Core cutting and compression test for RCC structure in accordance with IS:516 on RCC members 70 mm core cutting in reinforcement concrete core filling by specialized epoxy material / micro concrete with bond coat. |
| 6 | Profometer Scan Test on RCC members to assess covers , spacing of bars including approximate diameter bar. |
| 7 | Chemical test for RCC structure in accordance with IS : 456 2000 using ready made kits & reagents . Sample colected will be from half cell / carbonation powder(i) Determination of PH value(ii) Determination of water soluble sulphates (iii) Determination of Acid Soluble Chloride Content in concrete . |
| 8 | Half cell Potential : in accordance withASTM C876 Half Cell Potential to assess the probability of corrosion of reinforcemnt . |
| 9 | Carbonation test for RCC structure in accordance with BS 1881-201-1986 clause 2.22 Carbonation Test to measure extent of carbonation from the concrete surfaces. |
| 10 | To determine local thickness of solid /hollow element based on the time taken by the ultrasound wave to return to the surface as per ASTM E797/E797M for section detailing of steel members. |
| 11 | Liquid penetrant testing ferrous and non ferrous metal sas per IS flaws open to surface for the condition assessment of joints/ weldings / surface cracks . |
| 12 | Sagging /deflection test by total station survey. |
| 13 | A Condition survey is an investigation and assessment of the condition of a building/structure. The survey will generally include the super structure,photo graphs & visual inspection report and Non Destructive Testing results. |
