| 25 | Providing and fixing in position informatory signages, Layouts on wall or on any other required structure in required design, pattern & size, with provision of multilingual text integral with 3mm thick acrylic plate in one side matt finish and pasted on 4mm thick acrylic base sheet in required contrast colour with on side matt finish duly stick together with approved adhesive tape of reputed manufacturer. Signages shall have 4mm thick laser cut acrylic relevant monograms and letters as per approved design ( in matt finish of opposite colour to contrast top sheet). The letters shall be in English with upper case san serif word fonts and in Hindi with Devnagri fonts. The letters and sign shall be inserted in the slots made in true shape and size on acrylic sheet by laser cutting. The letters of each word shall be of min. 15mm size. If required, the Braille text words shall be made with 0.50mm dia acrylic wire in white colour to be inserted in acrylic plate upto its full thickness. The Braille shall be raise not less than 0.50mm above acrylic contrast sheet. Each sign board shall be made and fixed strictly as per harmonized guidelines and space standards for barrier free built environment for DIYYANG/special able person issued by the Ministry of MOUD, Govt of India and as per approved drawings, details etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The signage board shall be fixed over Stainless steel frame & Sheet.The prepared sign board shall be fixed by excavating holes & filled with Cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 20mm stone aggregate). All complete, the rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, Wastage, cartage etc.(The cost of Stainless steel frame, earth work & cement concrete shall be paid separately). |

L-shape base support in gray cement colour of thickness of 100 mm back height 1000mm & front height- 450mm, base width -620mm and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks of in red colour size 1500 x 100x 50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete planks of size 1500 x 200x 50 mm, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling transportation, erection and long use. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assembly. Seating length of the bench shall be 1500 mm, seating height of the bench = 450mm and total height of the bench = 1000mm bench.
