| 10 | REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |

| 19 | PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COAT of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors.The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work.) |
| 20 | WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scafolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc,. |
| 21 | Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixingof members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should included the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. |
