Dismantling of installed damaged 125mm dia suction pipe including foot valve. The job should be carried through skilled labours in order to avoid any damage to the pipe line with necessary tools. All tools and plants required for conducting of all above works shall be the responsibility of executing agency. This includes dismantling of pumping unit for re-alignment for smooth operation of existing pumping unit after conducting necessary repairs / replacement of the complete job

Providing and fitting of 125 mm dia mild steel pipe 6 mm thick having length 2.44 mtr (8ft) on suction side. This including the complete job of suction pipe shall be connected to the replaced Horizontal Pumping Unit with steel packing on the required sides of the unit. The job includes providing and fitting of 16 mm thick mild steel flanges duly welded by heavy duty electrodes having 8 no. of holes on both sides of pipe including nuts, bolts and RI Cloth. The job also includes fitting of suction pipe with existing foot value. This including skilled labour for refitting of the said job.
