These Solar PV Modules shall be as per approved design parameters, with Poly/Multi Crystalline Silicon Solar cells of minimum wattage of 320/325 Wp with minimum 72 cells & efficiency not less than 17-19 %, conforming to IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 61701 complete comprising with the following:- (a) Material and labour for Module Mounting structure (MMS) fabricted from pre-coated aluminium section of suitable size with specifiedtilt angle according to site requirement & Optimum angle to achieveMax benefit of solar energy and suitable to withstand 175 Kmph wind speed all as per approved design parameters and to match with the existing site conditions. Necessary roof treatment to avoid any sepage in future shall be carried out. (b) Supply, laying & TestingofDC cable minimum size 1x 4/1x6 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor. (c) Supply, installation test andcommissioningof junction boxes / SMBs for 30 KWp AC outputall as per approved design & layout plan. (d) Supply, laying & Testingof DC cable 2 runs minimum size 1x 4/1x6 sqmm(DC side) 4x25 sqmm copper unarmoured (for ac side)including suitablesizeof cable lugs, male & female MC4 connectors & joints etc. (e) Supply,installation, test andcommissioningofGrid tie Solar Power conditioning unit / inverter of minimum capacity 30 KW(DC to AC 415 V in Three phase system) (f) Material and labour for Earthing forLightning protection for SPV modules etcas per IE rule, MNRE guide line& BIS all as per approved plan. |
| 142 | (g) Supply and fixingaluminium strip of size 25 x 3mm thick for roof / down conductor fixed on insulators/ saddles of suitable size for SPV moduleslightning protection upto interconnection between Roof top LA to Ground Earthing system. Note (i) :- (a) Before quoting the bid, Contractor or his authorised Engineer / consultant must visit the proposed site to study the site condition. (b) Before commencement of work, contractor shall submit drawings & lay out plan with scale including requiredqty to Accepting Officer for approval. Note (ii):- (a) The mechanical structures, electrical works and overall workmanship of the Grid solar power plant must be warrented for a minimum of 5 years. (b) All Mechanical, Electrical works shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS/equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of the Indian Electricity Act / rules formed thereunder and as amended from time to time. (c) Any other works (mechanical, electrical & Civil) connected to installation, testing & functional requirement of solar photovoltaic power plant of capacity 30 KW (AC) all as mentioned above and which is not mentioned or included in this Schedule A , but required at site necessary shall be carried out by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to includedfor the same. (d) Contractor shall provide adequate Spares requiredfor minimumperiod of 1 year maintenance including DC & AC items under scope of work. (e) Remote monitoring system for solar system shall be provided with mobile network SIM and data pack recharge for minimum one year. |

| 144 | Soil Investigation including making necessary arrangement mobilisation and demobilisationfor equipment tools and plant personnel etc required for soil investigation and their removal after satifaction completion of work in land including slushy areas etc complete comprising of following:- (a) Boring 150mm dia through all types of soil to a depth of 75 metre (06 Nos bore holes)below the ground level collecting samples and conducting necessary field tests for pile foundation of dia 800mm, 700mm, 600mm and 500mm. (b) Conducting all necessary laboratory tests on samples and submission ofreports with suggestion on type of suitable foundation system. Note : (i) Soil Investigation can be carried out only after demolition of existing P-1 building as catered in the relevant schedule. (ii) For details refer Particular specification clause Nos.40 to 40.5. |

| 146 | Demolition of building shall comprise of following:- (a) Demolition of P-1 building including foundation, connected celectrical, water supply systems, fittings and fixtures and removing debris out side MD land and clearing site and complete complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Credit for the materials retrieved from demolition. NOTE: (i) The Credit amount for the material obtained from demolished building will be of minimum (Minus) (-) Rs. 19,55,000.00. The amount entered shall not be less than(-) Rs. 19,55,000.00. (ii) Bidder shall insert their amount for demolition and credit amount as composite ratein Green field under Col-6. (iii) The bidder is advised to visit the site of work to ascertain the condition and quantity of items before quoting the tender. |
