| 2 | REPAIRING TO TURBO CHARGER :- Repairing to the turbo of the departmental water tankerby dismantling. Providing and fitting of 1 No. turbo core assembly, 1 No. turbo pipe 1 set, air filter set complete assembling of all the parts. Complete job with cost of material and labour charges. |

| 4 | FABRICATION OF SEATS AND BACKS Fabrication of seats and backs after removing of all the Old / worn out seats , providing and fitting of ply board, springs, coir, foam , Rexene and cloth. | 6 | REPAIR TO ENGINE THE HOOD:-Repair to the engine hood of departmental water tanker by way of cutting of worn out nuts and boltsand remove of damaged portion of the hoodwith the Gas cutter and then Patching the new sheet ,repair to the doors of the tanker by providing doorlock as per requirement, washer bots and nutsetc. P /f of front Glassalong with rubber and silicon tube so the it will fix properly. Repair to the foot rest of the driver as well as calendar side .Job also required mounting set of cabin hood with hood depending upon requirement Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges . |

| 8 | Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtrx 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
