| 1 | Cleaning, sweeping mopping up of floors of Banquet hall, cafeteria, ramps, toilets etc.at all levels including tiles, doors & windows etc. of community center building with brooms, mop clothes, wipers etc and removing all dust, dirt and garbage disposing out to municipal dustbin outside area. Note: i) All the above items are to be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate are inclusive of all T & P like broom, mope clothes, toilet brushes, wipers etc. as required. ii) A penalty per day as applicable shall be imposed for non deployment of requisite no. of environment Assistant /Safai Karamchari. |
| 2 | Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. |
| 3 | Scavenging of roads, path, plaza, footpaths, Parking, Cover drains etc. i/c collection, carriage and disposal of garbage waste to existing dustbin or refuse collection point within or around the area complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
