If agency fails to bring the fitness equipment back inworking condition within 48 hours after receiving of the complaints, the agency shallpay Rs. 1000/- per complaintper day to the department. (iv) An amount equal to 10% of the cost of work against item No-1 to 8 in schedule shall be retained as additional Security Deposit, in addition to the Security Deposit mentioned elsewhere in contract form. The amount so withheld would be released after One years from the date of completion of the entire work under the Agreement, if the performance of the work done is found satisfactory. However, the Security Deposit so deducted may be released in full against bank guarantee of equivalent amount in favour of Engineer-in-charge, if so decided by the Engineer-in-charge." (v) In case of abnormally low bids i.e. bids below 25% of estimated cost put to tender, the lowest bidder will have to deposit an Additional Performance Guarantee (Security) (APS). This APS will be in addition to performance guarantee mentioned in clause -1 and shall be deposited in the form of FDR/BG. This APS shall be = 0.75 x estimated cost put to tender Minus tendered amount. |
